Safety, Quality & Environmental (SQE) Performance
Our safety mission is to proactively commit to a Zero Harm culture where we question and challenge unsafe acts. We will never consider any aspect of our operation or administration more important than the health and safety of our employees, customers and guests.
We train our employees to think safely before acting and to do things safely the first time, so it will not be the last time. We work safely for ourselves and for our families, so we can go home in the same condition in which we arrived to work.
One of the ways A-Gas aims to meet its objectives is to constantly provide high quality products and services.
We depend on our customers and therefore understand your current and future needs, meet your requirements and strive to exceed your expectations.
To this end we believe it is necessary to adopt and remain committed to quality standards such as ISO management systems and AHRI 700 specifications, as an essential framework to meet our objectives.
In addition to these quality standards we are committed to environmental and health and safety standards across our group.
Our laboratories situated in the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, China and the Americas are compliant with AHRI 700 standards ensuring all refrigerant both virgin and reclaimed meets the internationally recognised standard.
Laboratory testing services include:
- Refrigerant identification
- Moisture content
- Impurity levels
- R40 (methyl chloride)
A-Gas laboratories are a key component to quality procedures; test sampling is conducted throughout the reclamation process to guarantee our reclaimed material is fully compliant with the AHRI 700 specification worldwide.
We are a responsible business that supports and actively operates to minimise our impact on the environment. We are committed to meeting and exceeding expectations on regulatory and other best practice environmental requirements. We work on continual improvement in our environmental management systems by preventing pollution and minimising the creation of waste.
Managing our processes, materials, and our people in order to reduce the environmental impact associated with our work.
